Project Brief

PolyU aimed to refresh its Admissions website with a modern design, clearer content structure, and a more engaging way to present academic pathways, achievements, and campus strengths to prospective students.

 

The previous site housed a large volume of legacy content with duplicated materials, deep content paths, and scattered information. Our goal was to deliver a clean, structured, and sustainable platform that improves content organisation, editorial workflow, and long-term maintainability.

The Challenge

 

Years of accumulated material created significant content volume, with repeated information spread across different sections and legacy pages that were difficult to maintain consistently.

 

Visitors often encountered dead links or outdated pathways, and navigating between programmes, admissions information, and application details required more steps than necessary.

The Vision

 

We planned a modern interface aligned with PolyU’s main website, supported by clear layouts and content patterns that present programmes and achievements with clarity and impact.

 

Our focus was on reorganising the content into cleaner structures, removing duplication, and creating a flexible platform that highlights PolyU’s ranking, research strengths, and campus experience.
