HKUST MBA Website
Project Brief
The Estates Office at EduHK required a refreshed website that presents operational information clearly, communicates professionalism, and supports the needs of students, staff, and campus visitors. The platform needed to organise practical resources such as facility bookings, maintenance services, campus maps, and administrative guidelines.
The previous site contained duplicated materials, dead links, and content pathways that had expanded over many years. Our goal was to deliver a cleaner, more structured website with a modern design, improved navigation, and editing tools that simplify ongoing management.
The Challenge
Large amounts of content had developed over time, resulting in repeated information, inconsistent formatting, and outdated pathways that made it difficult for users to locate essential services.
Teams responsible for updates needed a clearer content framework, dependable tools, and a site structure that reduces maintenance time while supporting future changes.
The Vision
We aimed to reorganise the Estates Office content into a clear, predictable structure that consolidates information and removes unnecessary duplication.
Our direction focused on creating a professional and credible interface that aligns with EduHK’s branding and presents campus and facility resources in a more accessible way for daily use.
