Project Brief
Techno-Entrepreneurship Core (TEC) is HKU's Entrepreneuship Resource Hub, meant to promote the institution's innovations and entrepreneurial efforts.
TEC required a new website to better present its programmes, events, initiatives, and resources for students, faculty, and external partners. It also needed to support content-heavy sections while remaining easy to navigate and maintain.
The existing site had accumulated a large volume of content over time, with duplicated pages, dead links, and limited flexibility in layout and editing. Our goal was to deliver a cleaner, more organised website with an improved user experience and a backend that easily supports ongoing updates.
The Challenge
Large amounts of content had to be reviewed, structured, and migrated into a clearer framework while preserving important programme and event information.
Navigation and layouts needed improvement, and existing calendar and event listings required a more reliable and user-friendly presentation.
The Vision
We wanted to give TEC's content a clear and intuitive structure that helps its audience quickly understand everything the office has to offer.
The website needed a modern and professional UI that strengthens its credibility and usability, while also being able to support regular content updates and long-term growth.
